Dear sir,
I have purchase a LCD of Sansui co. of dated 26-10-2011. After 6 month the LCD remote is not working. I have lodged a complaint in company to this regarding but co. is not responding . The company compliant no is IND2804120239 dated 30-04-2012 And IND0806120285 DATE 08-06-2012.
Sir I request to you please help for this further complaint.
