DELAYING IN SERVICE & CHARGING MAXIMUM

Name of company/service: MICROTEK INDIA LTD

I NARESH KUMAR HAVE AN ONLINE UPS WHICH IS GIVING SOME PROBLEM OF OUTPUT. I VISIT TO SERVICE CENTRE FOR THAT PROBLEM THEN THEN TOLD ME THAT WE DON’T HAVE BATTERIES SO WE CAN’T CHECK OUT THE PROBLEM OF UPS. & THEN THEY TOLD ME THE CHARGES, 250 FOR OWN VISIT & 750 FOR SERVICE EXECUTIVE VISIT. THEN AGAIN AFTER 5-6 DAYS WHEN I VISIT TO SERVICE CENTRE THEY AGAIN GAVE ME SAME REPLY. I GAVE ONLINE COMPLAINT THEN TOO THEY ASK ME FOR 750 CHARGES OTHERWISE NO SERVICE. PLEASE TELL ME THAT WHERE IS MY FAULT. IS I BOUGHT A UPS FROM MICROTEK COMPANY.
