Delaying and Even Not able to Give response

I purchased LG Home Theater System Model No: LG HTS DH63620P, from BAJAJ ELECTRONICS,HYDERABAD. on 26-NOV-2012. but i not got product till date. from the day i purchased the product i called many times to the bajaj electronic customer care number. first time they told me your product is in process to dispatch and told me you get your product with in 2-3 days but i not got any product the delivery period is over. Again i call,they saying that they dont have stock so they will deliver the product when they get the stock.but till day(6/dec/2012)almost 9 days over.they are not delivered my product.
my billing invoice number is: MALL/CR12/46610.. dated 26-12-2012.

So, i request you please punish BAJAJ ELECTRONIC STORES and please order them to deliver my purchased good and punish them by proper fine. Really i was upset with the behaviour of the BAJAJ ELECTRONICS PEOPLE. because they not follow their own rule and their word and their promises.
I want my purchased product. because every person/costumer time and money is valuable. BAJAJ ELECTRONIC STORE waste my time and money.
