I have taken AMC of Rs. 3309/- for my hitachi split ac on 04/03/2012 which was valid for one year. they are promised to look up with in 48 hours of any complain.
My Ac stopped working on 02/07/2012, early morning i had launched complain, Customer care again promised me to take care with in 48 hours, Next day, two persons came to find out th, they found problem in ‘Capacitor’which need to be change, and it will be done next day. from that day meeting today there is nobody to change the capacitor. Each day its said in morning that it will be done till evening and in the evening its said by customer care it will done next day morning.
Each day is passing similarly.
