I already book complaint about my faulty LED monitor Model No. 2060T, on 28th May. There engineer visit my place on 29th may. He and his senior agree that there is fault in my monitor and ask me to submit my purchase invoice and Photo ID for refund my all money(purchase cost). As per there suggestion I submitted my invoice and photo ID to their Sr. Customer service manager’s email id ([email protected]). but nothing happen even that person not even reply my mail. So again I contact their customer help line , this time they give me another person name Sumesh Nair, but same thing happened, it’s a more than month now from my first complaint, I didn’t get my refund . So I still use that faulty monitor .
Please give me proper suggestion on this matter.
