Delay of bus and wrong info with in the website

Booked a ticket from redbus.com from pune to hyderabad in service of satram travels, my boarding time was at 6:15 pm.when i came to boarding point there was no bus,then i called to bus operator ‘he said there is no bus at 6:15 pm and actual bus departure will be 9:45pm’ and waited me almost 4hrs which almost costed me a important interview.i can present you all the proofs of tickiet booking and site showing wrong info about the bus timing. I urge an action about the problem caused to me.Even i called to thrle redbus customer care,the only word they are saying ‘ sorry for the inconvenience’ finally i didn’t recived any help from the redbus.i don’t think i can attend the interview tomorrow.I request you take action against redbus and satnam travels.finally the bus has arraived at 10:54pm.
