Passport applied on 24/4/2012 and despatched by RPO on 2/5/2012 – not received till date – have made several phone calls to the Seva Portal and visits to the regional passport office in worli. Also have lodged a complain on the Seva portal – grievance cell – but no revertal on the status of the passport.
