Delay in SIM Activation.

I would like to bring to your kind notice regarding the poor service in getting my Idea SIM card activated.
Here are the details of my Complaint
I lost my phone few days back and got my Old Sim deactivated on Friday 22nd June 2012.
I submitted all my documents, including FIR copy (Issued from Vikaspuri Police Station), PAN Card Copy, Bank Statement Copy to My Idea Store located at Janakpuri on 07th July 2012.
I got new SIM (SIM No.: 89910-48012-11008-84714) after submitting all my documents.

I was assured that my SIM will be activated within 4 hours. As its not yet activated I called up Idea Helpline No (9891012345 from other mobile) (12345 from my Idea number), I’m asked to hold the call for some moment, but after a long pause the call gets disconnected. This happened not only once, infact I tried Idea Helpline number more than 5 times and gone through the same situation. After several unsuccessful attempt to contact them, I finally wrote an email regarding this and reference number (1-25688444793) generated for this on 11th July 2012.
As this is my oldest and most distributed contact number, I’m loosing contacts with my friends and families whose number I don’t remember.
Also, this is the number which is updated for all my bank accounts and Credit Card. In absence of it, I’m not able to track my financial activities.
Moreover, I would like to your kind notice that, this is the number which is updated with my company’s transport department. In absence of it, I’ve to travel daily from my home to my offices, by taxi, because of which I’m getting financial problem.
