Name of company/service: Mu sigma
I had purchased a new Sony Zylo handset on 25/07/2010. But the mobile had the problem from the day1 where network coverage was not proper in mobile. We gave it for servicing after 1 week where they updated software. But still same problem persisted.
So again we gave the mobile for servicing on 28/08/2010, but still i haven’t got my mobile back.They are saying they have to replace mother board.The job sheet num for servicing is SE310SP115317.
I want to know why this delay is happening and if i dont get mobile back within next week, please return money back. I dont want to wait anymore.
