I HAD PURCHASED LCD TV 24PFL5306 ON 28 MARCH 2012, FROM VIJAY SALES CHINCHWAD. SINCE PURCHASED LCD I AM FACING MORE PROBLEM IN LCD.AUTOMATIC CHANNEL IS CHANGES & SOUND ALSO INCREASE 0-100 AUTOMATICALLY.IN APRIL I LODGE COMPLAINT IN PHILLIPS CUSTOMER CARE.THEY SEND SERVICE ENGINEER. HE CHECK AND TOLD DEFECT IN SENSOR PCB.I WILL ORDER & REPLACE IT IT MAY BE TAKEN 10-12 DAYS.
AFTER 15 DAYS HE CAME & REPLACE BUT PROBLEM IS SOLVED. HE TOLD TO LODGE COMPLAINT IN CUSTOMER CARE.IN SECOND VISIT ENGINEER CAME ALONG WITH ANOTHER PCB .REPLACED & POWER ON WITH BURNING LCD.AFTER THIS HE TOLD BYMISTAKE WRONG PCB CAME.FROM THIS OUR LCD TOTALLY DEAD. MY LCD IS DEAD FROM 1 MONTH. SERVICE ENGINEER OF MULTI SERVICES WERE VISITED TO MY RESIDENCE MORE THAN 9 TIME TO REPAIR. BUT TILL TODAY PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED . HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE I DONT KNOW. YOUR SERVICE ENGG. COMING AND GOING RETURN,WITHOUT REPAIRING .THEY SAID IT IS MISTAKE SPARE CAME WRONG FROM PHILLIPS. GIVE TIME 10 -15 DAYS TO REPAIRS. YOU CONTACT CUSTOMER CARE.CUSTOMER CARE TOLD YOU CONTACT SERVICE ENGINEER. WHAT CAN I DO FOR PROPER SUPPORT.I THINK BIG MISTAKE IN PURCHASE PHILLIPS LCD.
