My Complaint Number 12071000691
This complaint is pending for last 5 days. Once their technician visited and was to return with the part.
I called up on Friday last week July 13th, 2012 and was told that part will be fixed by Monday July 16th, 2012(today).
Till now I have made two calls today and but no one is aware of the status. I was told someone will call me tomorrow morning to inform me if the part has been received or not.
Please try to understand the discomfort one feels in this weather and AC not getting repaired even after 5 days of complaint.
