delay in service and asking for more money

Respected sir,plz look after my matter.one my parcel was coming from kolkata.my relatives have booked it by flight srvice.so that next day i can get it in bangalore.but the courier people kept it on hold for 4 days.and after 3 days they called me asking for auto fare then they ll bring it to my place otherwise not.we have allready paid rs 2000 for that parcel this courier people are not having any rules and regulation.they always troubles us.plz do something.my number is 9448413096
