Delay In Replacing The Damaged Product.

Respected Sir/Madam,
In order to my purchase of a 7 inch Tablet Model M004 Order No : 1694, from Sellkart, i.e. an online selling market Cash on Delivery.I had received the product on 15th of June’12 and the very same day I logged a complaint on the sellkart website stating problems with the product. Not only did i log a complain I have also called them the whole week to get some of their executive or technician to get my product tested, but my efforts were in no vain as they only promised to send someone within 72 hrs and no one bothered to turn up to our complain. It has been really disheartening to get this kind of response with the company just giving out false promises for its products.I would really appreciate if the matter is looked upon asap.
