Sir,
I had a Dell xcd35 phone which i purchased last year Service tag no.36RH3P1. But unfortunately its touch stopped working. I gave it to the Service center in delhi on 8.6.2012 and today its 16.7.2012 but still they have told me to wait for another 10-15 days and they are still not sure because the company is not sending them replacement phones.
I beg u to Kindly look into the matter I have been trying various dell support phone numbers but none of them gave me a satisfactory answer.
