Delay in Refund of Rs 1200 post cancellation

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd

Due to network issue, I was not able to get the broad band connection from Tikona Broad band connection. I waited for around 15 days and I didn’t received any calls from the network provider. Then I raised a request to refund the initial deposit of Rs 1200 on 29MAY2012. They said as I will receive the refund within 15 days. So far I haven’t received the refund! Each time I speak to customer care they say I will get in 15 days time. Till date it was around 50 days! I believe that the network provider is earning the interest simply by not refunding the costumers money. Please do the needful to get the refund as soon as possible.
