delay in refund

Location/place: shimoga

Name of company/service: Timtara

i had booked a dell inspiron battery on 20.3.2012 at timtara online retailer and my order id is 10219198, they din’t delivered my item then i asked for refund on 11.4.2012 and lodged a complaint and complaint number is 17358,since then they did not refund my money,when ever i called customer care they asking for 8 to 10 working days.even i asked their CEO number they are not providing.please look into the matter.
