i had booked a dell inspiron laptop battery at timtara on 20.3.2012, they din’t delivered my item then i asked for refund on 11.4.2012 since then they are not refunding my amount. every time when i called customer care number they ask for 8 to 10 working days, so far they did not refund my money. what should i do to get my money back. kindly suggest.
