Delay in providing services while vehicle given for service/repair/Others

ACCORDING TO CONSUMER RIGHT ACT 2015 OR SUPPLY OF GOODS AND SERVICES ACT 1982, I AM WRITING TO EXPRESS MY STRONG DISSATISFACTION REGARDING THE DELAY IN SERVICE. ON 24.03.2018, I PURCHASED A VEHICLE i.e (HYUNDAI i10 GRAND ASTRA)IN NAME OF Smt. BIJAYA LAXMI MISHRA(MOTHER). UNFORTUNATELY ON 28th MARCH MY CAR HAS BEEN DRAGGED TO THE SHOWROOM DUE TO AN ACCIDENT AND I RECEIVE THE RECEIPT LETTER AFTER 4 DAYS i.e (01.04.2018). FURTHER I WAS ASSURED BY THE MANAGER OF THE COMPANY WITH A COMMITMENT OF RECEIVING MY VEHICLE IN NEXT 20 DAYS. CERTAINLY I HAVE VISITED THE SHOWROOM THRICE AND I NOTICED THAT THERE IS NO PROGRESS IN WORK STARTED FROM THEIR END. ON DEMAND THEY NEED MORE 15 DAYS TO GET THE VEHICLE READY. WHY SO MUCH OF DELAY IN DELIVERY, WHERE AS ALL OTHER CAR COMPANY IS DELIVERING WITHIN A WEEK TO 20 DAYS(IN WORST CASES). AS A CITIZEN, I DEMAND JUSTICE.
