We own A commercial Premises in Mahim Area of 1000 sq feet. the building is in redevelopment from 2005 onwards..still not complited….developer not payin the rent and our aggreement has penalty clause if not complited within 2 years then ther is a penalty clause in our registered agreement. till today it is in the same position so please help to complete our legal formalities for claiming our commercial losses as well penalty.
