I have ordered a camera on 5th which has not been delivered yet whereas flipkart commits in site that it will delivered in 4/6 working days. Further I received message that order shipped on 8th and when called the courier they are saying they have no tracking of this order. After calling many times to customer care they are saying we will call back in 24 hours, 1 hours etc and nobody is calling. I have cancelled the order yesterday and no response from flipkart yet about this order. This is really embarrassing and I need response on this ASAP otherwise I will go to consumer forum against flipkart.
