I have applied for new IGL connection at my home in Paschim Vihar, New delhi on 11-04-2018 online at IGL website and uploaded my documents for address. On 18-05-2018, after succeful feasibility check confirmation from IGL, i made payment of Re 6000/- for security deposit( Payment confirmation date is 22-05-2018).
The installation time as confirmed by customer care of IGL is 90 days after the payment is recieved which was 21-08-2018.
I have called numerous times on the customer care number of IGL for delay in installation, finally they have registered my complaint_8800543233.
They gave me various contact numbers near my home location for installation but none of the person was ready to provide any help in installation.
I have no clue by when the installation is going to happen and who is the right person to contact. Inspite of Government of India pushing continuosly for New Gas Connection in every household the customers like me has to face these issue in this digital India. Dont know how long I have to wait for my new connection of IGL.
