I have applied for installation of solar panels with Zunroof company stationed in gurugram in September 2018 . But still in July 2019 work is not completed. In beginning I asked them how much time it will take they told me maximum 3 months. Now they have installed the structure and panels on my roof and taken almost of the payments. Now they are saying that structure is not ok and we will refix it. I can’t understand if this thing has not been kept in mind while mounting the structure. Now I want to that they should be penalised for delay and making fun of the customer.pls help
