Delay In Giving certificate and books

Name of company/service: HCL career development centre

As i have taken admission in HCL Cert.Enterprise Professional course at B-1/5A janakpuri New Delhi centre. There is some confusion going in between the Franchisor(HCL) and Franchisee regarding fees. Due to which the students of that branch are suffering with the same problem of not getting there certificates in time as well as the course study materials. Either if we call them we dont get any positive feedback from the concerned persons. Almost two months has passed and we are still struggling to get our Course Certificate. I Request you to kindly make a note of this and take immediate action so that the future of a student and many other students is not destroyed by any such fake and fraud organisations.
