I purchased a Galaxy Tab P7300 from Indiaplaza.com and my order no isI10071218967.
My Tablet has not yet been shipped. I had purchased the tablet from Indiaplaza only because it was written that the product will be shipped within 5 working days whereas it is now the 8th working day. IT is supposed to be a gift to my wife on her birthday on 18th July and I am really disappointed in the service provided.
After paying for this, I have purchased one mobile, One speaker and two sets of Clothes from Yebhi.com & Pepperfry.com and I have received all of those materials (In fact I received Yebhi.com orders within 24 hrs).
I even lodged a complaint ((ticket number – CNT1607120210) on 16.7.12 and no response. I have contacted them twice since 16.7.12 and they are saying that they will update the status within 24 hrs without any concrete response.
Today, my wife’s Birthday is already past and I dont have anything to gift her. Pls advise if there is anyway I can claim back the money without further delay.
VERY POOR SERVICE AND LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED.
