delay in dispatching NOC

Name of company/service: Kotak mahindra Prime Ltd

Hello I had taken a CAR Loan No CF-4657934 from Kotak Mahandra Prime Ltd.

I deposited all remaining amount dated 21th June at Gurgaon branch with a promise of NOC dispatch within 10 Days max.

I haven’t receive it so far resulting delay in my further work for which I closed this loan.

I had requested 2-3 times same at Customer Care, but no result

I paid my personal carlone CF-13855782 28th december 2018 but not receive last statement
