Name of company/service: FLIPKART
I have booked a laptop on 13th July by online payment to Flipkart Company. With tht confirmation of order they had confirmed delivery by 18th July but when today i inquire about my product thier reply is that they will confirm the tracking details after 48 hrs i.e.by 20-21 july and product will be delivered by arround 25 july.
This is not fare to cheat cusotmer by delay in service even when i had paid full amount in advance.
by loaging this complaint, i think this company will not cheat any other customer.
