Delay in Delivery and Bad Behaviour

A material consignment was booked by AIR CARGO of XPS Courier company due to urgency of the material. Booked on 20 June 2012 from banglore is not yet arrived on 25th June 2012 (even after booking in AIR cargo for fast delivery, due to urgency). And after follow-up to XPS office, we get the information that the material has arrived to their office but not despatched. Reasons unspecific. When asked to deliver it urgently, they ask to collect it from the office, rather than complying for the urgency. Even when the charges were paid well in advance.
