I had deposited Rs 7738 for whirlpool refrigerator model 180 L genius supreme through Canteen Stores Department….Hariom agency(Dealer CSD) at shahibaugh gave me the availability certificate and i was issued with supply order by CSD which i deposited in hariom agency on 08 Jun 2012.I was given bill on 08 Jun since then i had telephoned them many times ..Still item not delivered.Now Mr Dinesh(Hariom agency) says he is busy and not having time to do the needful.Pls help me Sir..
