I had booked a house in talpuri Project of CG Housing board n 2009. The project was supposed to have been completed in September 2010.
Even today, the project is not complete and no certainty about future.
Aggrieved by this, I have filed a case in July 2012 in District consumer forum durg (C.G.) for cancellation of booking and refund of amount (about 14 lacs) with interest.
After one year of filing the case, not even a single hearing of the case has been held in District Consumer forum Durg.
As per provisions of Consumer protection act, the case is to be decided in 3 months or maximum 6 months.
I am feeling helpless in the situation.
