delay in activation of new idea sim card

Shame shame shame!!!! Big Liars & cheaters.All that glitters is not gold..All those promises of better service have gone in vain….Its for the first time that I decided to use the services of IDEA & in the beginning itself I am facing too much problem..I purchased new idea SIM CARD dated:- 05/06/2013, Sim No-8991706007124396080, Mobile no- 9708205662 from Patna, Bihar and its 09/06/2013 the sim card has not been activated yet. What a poor Service!!!!! I repeatedly visited the retailer for activation but only false assurance had been given that within an hour your complaint will be solved….But all in vain…Four days has been passed by & still sim is not activated yet…Dear idea service provider if this is start then what will happen if I start using your service…..Unfortunately I am thinking to drop your service….
