Dear Sir,
I got my household luggage shifted through Patronize Packers & Movers, 23, Shiv Market, Jhundpura, Noida- 201301 from Mayur Vihar Phase III, New Delhi to Panchkula vide Consignment Note No. 283 dated 12 May, 2012. I was charged full amount for packing, loading, transportation, unloading & unpacking. When the truck reached Panchkula in the morning of 13 May, 2012, the Driver managed to get two labourers for unloading. However, there was no person available for unpacking, but the Driver insisted that full balance payment be made to him which I did. It was told to me at Noida that labour from their office at NAC, Mani Majra, Chandigarh will be available at my residence at Panchkula, but it was not so. This inconvenienced me a lot which amounts to gross deficiency of services on the part of the company. The company was asked to refund Rs. 1, 000/-, but the company did not respond to my number of e-mails.
Please arrange to take necessary action against the company under intimation to me at the earliest.
