I had purchased a mopfor rs.1500 in an exhibition at Pune on 03.10.2011 vide bill no.355 dated 03.10.2011 of M/S Balaji Enterprises of above mentioned address.Right fro the begning,the breakage in the mop taking place first in the Rod, and now in the peddlar resulting into non working of the MOP.Despite seceral calls to mr. Kamthe of M/S Balaji Enterprises, there is no response.The instrument should be either repaired as it is giving trouble from begning because of inferior quality of material used vis-a vis projected in the Exhibition or should be replaced.
