my electricity meter has stop working at nov.2010. i made complaint without any delay and received m.c.o(meter change order) and i went many time to local authority but all in vein.. they ask me for a bribe of rs. 2200/- for change meter.when i refused they made bill which are unaffordable to pay for me. i complaint more then 50 times to local a.e.n. and received 3 m.c.o. plz make an action immediately.
