Location/place: S/O.P.MUTHUSAMY,3/205,MAIN ROAD, MAKKINAMKOMBAI, ARASUR POST, KASIPALAYAM VIA, ERODE DIST, TAMILNADU, PIN 638 454.

Name of company/service: THE PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER, TAMILNADU PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, NO:1 GREAMS ROAD, , CHENNAI-

I affixed a Rs. 10 court fee stamp in that application and was, therefore, a consumer, requested some informations and copies from Tamilnadu Public Service Commission as per Right To Information Act 2005, But till date,I am not received the same even after suitable orders issued by Tamilnadu Information commission.

So, now I request you to please take this is my complaint and give the suitable orders for giving the requested informations & copies and Rs.50,000 as compensation for mental agony and for deficiency in service as per the Consumer Protection Act (CPA.

Please refer the recent orders passed by you against Tamilnadu Information Commission vs Mr.B. Ramesh, an advocate case on 16/06/2012 which was the as same as to my above complaint.
