deficiency in service

am holding a prepaid mobile connection of AIRTEL-chennai circle and the number is 9566238615.
I have done an easy recharge on cash payment of rupees 102(rupees hundred and two) on 13.6.12 . On 14th morning rupees eighty nine was deducted for no reason.
On checking with customer care I was told I have used internet whereas I had clear internet balance of 44mb. The customer care executives by name Mr.Balu;Ms.Meghana;Mr.Maharaja have confirmed the excess deducted amount will be reimbursed within an hour, but the same has not happened till 16th 8.30pm . The complaint reference numbers are: CBDMO 20614524672,
CBDMO 20615937335.
Moreover,I had to spend nearly rupees fifty towards frequent calls to customer care executives. Everytime,I had to spent more time on selection of their menu options and for call waiting from transferring the call “FROM EXECUTIVES TO THEIR SUPERVISORS” for clarifications. Having done similar exercise continously for two days, my money has not been refunded by the so called service provider and not even a reply from them.
Am, being, an engineering student, my parents do sanction money for recharge for my limited use and the looting of money by AIRTEL under false pretext has mentally disturbed me.
I seek your intervention to advise AIRTEL suitably to refund the money looted from me.
I pleade for justice.
