Deficiency in service

I had booked service request with Airtel dth for relocation of my DTH service on Wednesday 27th June. I received a call from the engineer and I told him that since I am working and have off son only sat and sun, so please attend to my request on sat first half and since I need relocation, please carry drill machines. On sat I made several calls to the customer care form morning and they kept telling me some one will come within 4 hrs and attend to my request. After 4 hrs again I got a call from the engineer and h said that since it is relocation h doesn’t have a drill machine and hence cannot come. I called the customer care and he (Mr Pradeep) actually suggested me to arrange for a drill machine for the engineer to attend the call or wait for another 4 hours and someone will attend to my request. After 4 hrs I again called the customer care and he said that my request cannot be attended today. I asked him to connect the call to his supervisor, he said transfer is not possible but he has taken request for a call back which I will get in next 2 hrs. But I did not revive any call back. I have wasted my whole day waiting for Airtel which claims it is the fastest network and service provider. But they have a very unprofessional approach and slowest and pathetic service and over all they expect the customer to arrange all tools for their engineer. I am seriously thinking of shifting to another service provider. Airtel has a huge customer base but their service and customer care center is pathetic to the limit.
