Deficiency in providing the service as per Annual maintenance Contract which is valid as of now. They have obtained AMC on misrepresentation that they are authorised maintenance service provider from IFB Ltd. to their washing Machine customers. They want to repair the machine on payment of charges for the replaced parts. They do not replace the parts which are new & original. They replace parts fron old bought out machine & charge for them as new. Owner is big fraud.
