DEFICIENCY IN BANKING SERVICE

Location/place: 2ND FLOOR, FORTUNE TOWER, BHUBANESWAR

Name of company/service: THE DHAMRA PORT COMPANY LIMITED

I AM AN ACCOUNT HOLDER OF IDBI BANK LTD,BHUBANESWAR BRANCH,JANPATH,BHUBANESWAR.A CASH WITHDRAWAL OF RS.8000/- ON 3/4/2012 AND RS.2000/- ON 27/4/2012 HAS HAPPENED IN PUNE WHEREAS I AM IN BHUBANESWAR. I HAVE REPORTED THE FACT TO IDBI, BHUBANESWAR. THEY ADVISED ME TO LODGE A FIR IN POLICE STATION. WHEN I APPROACHED POLICE STATION IN BHUBANESWAR,THEY ARE NOT ACCEPTING FIR. ON THE GROUND THAT THE INCIDENT HAS HAPPENED IN PUNE, YOU HAVE TO LODGE FIR IN PUNE. SECONDLY, THEY ALSO ADVISED LET THE BANK LODGE A FIR, WHY YOU HAVE COME TO LODGE FIR. IDBI, BHUBANESWAR BRANCH IS NOT RESPONDING TO THE COMPLAIN AND FRAUD TRANSACTION OF RS.10000/- HAS NOT BEEN CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE GUIDE ME THE REDRESSAL PROCEDURE. REGARDS
