Sir, i had bought a washing machine of LG from LOTUS Showroom Indore (MP) before 11 months and it’s still in gurantee period. My machine is now working properly since last 4 month and in this regard i lodged few online complaints on LG customer care and they also sent their representative so many times but my machine is getting stop again and again. as gurantee is going to end after one month and this time no one has come to check the machine after lodging so many complaints.
that is why im writing a compalint regarding this so that consumer forum can take action against LG company and i can get a proper solution.
