defective tablet from pantel technology

sir/madam,
I had ordered an IS701R PANTEL TPAD(with bsnl sim) with Unique booking Ref No: PENT0058499 and had deposited the required amount in given A/C on 16th May, 2012.

I received the product on 26th june 2012. The package was incomplete,
i.e. it wasn’t including the BSNL sim which I was supposed to receive as I had paid for the same. Moreover, I had booked a black color tablet but was given a white one.
Then, on booting the TPAD, it started showing start-up problems right from the beginning. I got an defective piece. On their customer service cell, I didnt get positive response from their side. It was very difficult to get in touch with customer cell on call. Many times I’hv sent emails but didnt get any reply from company.

my complaints
1. I got the produch delivery after 1 month as they committed to deliver within 96 hrs max.
2.The package was incomplete and wasn’t including the BSNL sim which I was supposed to receive as I had paid for the same. 3. I’hd booked a black color tablet but was given a white one.
4. the showing start-up problems right from the beginning.
5. I’hv paid 3700 for this product and about spend 1000 more to get it
