I purchased a Sony Bravia from Vijay Sales , Goregaon ,Mumbai in November 2010 and since then twice the repair man has visited my house to repair bad settings and thrice it has gone for repairs of panel. But now the matter is serious as they inform that the mother board has to be changed and the cost Rs 6000/- has to be borne by me. i fail to understand that how a Sony T V can be so problomatic. Besudes the repair workshop Krish Electronics, Mumbai is not interested to help me and says that nothing is free and a cost is involved in everything. I want Sony to help me by informing Krish Electronics to replacd the mother board free of charge as it is not my fault.
