I purchased black leather shoes from metro shoes Rajkot on 15/6/2012 which tore while I was tying the shoe lace.
Not even 1 month had passed and the shoe was torn from the hole through which we tie the shoe lace.
I showed it to the metro shoes in Rajkot and they took 30 days to repair which is very badly stitched and not up to the mark.
Even after me warning them about complaining in consumer forum they are least bothered.
