I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S III SMP 19300 model having PH. model -I 9300 vide Product Serial No. 3531630507202740-1 dated 09/06/2012 from an Authorised Centre- Gaurav Distributors 5-A, Taj Road Sadar Bazar Agra.
The mobile has very serious problem in Calls. These are heard with waving voice sometimes call is mising on the other side , very low or normal voice level with a slight noise causing the person (calling/receiving bilateral mode) repeat the words again & again. We can define like its Calls level varies low (sometimes missed ) & normal. While inserting the same Sim in another mobile works well. The complaint continues. Every caller/call receiver has the same problem with my phone’s Calls. The mobile is giving me trouble.
Therefore I requested the company to replace the purchased mobile with a new one at the earliest. In position of not hearing, I have sent a letter to the Dealer & Company.
