Dear sir,
I had purchased online shoes from yebhi.com on 7th of March 2013 which was delivered on 11th March 2013. After 4-5 days later I had used the shoes, within 10-12 days what I had seen that both shoes ‘s toes leather was brushed off .
I have called up many times to give them my complaint but they didn’t give me proper assistance. When their customer representative responded to my phone call after continuous pursuant they said as per their company policy 30 days return policy only if the article is not used. So they are not ready to take my complaint and compensate me with proper remedy. For their ready reference i sent them picture of shoes also.
Sir i would like to mention one thing mainly that without use of Article purchased how one will come to know about its deficiencies.
