Name of company/service: panasonic
I had called up ur call centre & logged a complaint ( PI-ASC 1208-022293). The technician had come & checked my ac and said that there is a gas leakage and gas needs to refilled. Cost of the gas is 2500 + technician visit charges extra.
It is hardly a more than a year that I have purchased the ac & have had more than 2 gas refills already . It is should also be noticed that only authorized technicians from Panasonic have had come & repaired my Ac till now, the service centre guys are saying that there is some leakage issue in the machine , here I would like to state that since only the technicians have opened the machine till date only they can do some damage for which gas leakage is happening regularly.
I have one more Ac from whirlpool which was purchased around the same time, whose machine is placed next to the Panasonic machine but till date only 1 gas refill was needed that too because of a theft of compressor . But the Panasonic machine is needing a gas refill after every 4 months !!!!
This is clear case of cheap activity by your service centre technicians who are knowingly damaging my product in such a way that gas refill is needed in every 4 months.
I have called up the panasonic call centre & even written mail to them since 17th of aug but i am yet to recieve any reply from them.
