DEFECTIVE NOKIA MODEL-3310.

I had purchased, NOKIA MODEL 3310, on 22nd December,2017, in Feb.2018,
I was unable to use, as advised by NOKIA, Customer Care, contacted seller point,
they guided me to NOKIA, SalesService Centre, at Tilak Nagar, New Delhi -110018,
No response, personally visited them, no results, wrote to NOKIA India Pvt Ltd., at
Gurgaon Corporate Office, sent letter under Registered Post, no response till date.
My Complaint Docket no. is 258860 of February, 2018. Request your help in getting replacement, as per terms of Guarantee, since Unit has one year Guarantee,for Free Replacement.
