I bought a spice mobile MI415 from Spice Retail shop in Sec 10 Dwarka on 24thJuly 12 for7500/- but it stopped functioning on 28th.Approached Retail store,was directed to Service Centre in Vikas Puri,set received for DOA(replacement),refused DOA,say set will not be replaced,rather repaired,retail store & service Engg wants DOA from Co but Co refused.I am not ready for a repaired set as only 04 days back I bought it.Either money back or new mobile is required.Mails & speed post to the co are not attended.
