i have bought htc surround window 7 on jan 4th by indiatimes.com. after two month phone was not working properly,i had asked for replesment,they have sent me used mobile widout charger,and mobile is not showing call log neither any other details,camera, music player and bing is not working even mobilem is unable to show battery details & unable to charge.
