I have order for a mobile in Naptool and the order number is 40071214. On 31-May-2012, I received the consignment. After receiving the consignment I found that the mobile is due (network is not working properly). I have also found that all the items has not been provided. I have made complaints (Numbers# 33004147, 3011938) regarding that but I have not received necessary assistance. I have also made a written complaint on 09-Jun-2012. But after reminders, I have not received any reply form them.
