Sir on 29th may 2012 we purchased a ETIOS deisel car from a toyota dealership in dehradun; uttaranchal automobiles p ltd.,
on the way home car started heating up, we complained to the gealer by phone; next we were surprised that the car which is advertising 23 plus mileage was givingus only 13 km in fact at one time only 12.5 km , we filed a written complaint to the dealership, and to the company also; twice we were called for test drive; lastly the expert took the car on highway, and under ideal conditions got an average of only 16.38 km/lt; next a report from the dealership was sent to the company, now after repeated contacts, the company does not answer, and neither bothers to reply. only contact was twice from their call center informing us about the complaint reference number; complaint ref no.TMC0612102553. please help us regards..sanjay; if you want we can mail all the emails we have sent, but we do not have any , written reply from them
